He took the office of Chairman of Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking in February 2020, after holding the office of Managing Director and General Manager of Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking from 2015 to 2019.
He is also Chairman of Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, Fondazione Querini Stampalia, Assoreti and Sanpaolo Invest.
From September 2004 to June 2015, Managing Director and General Manager of Banca Intesa Private Banking S.p.A., the private bank of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group which was renamed as Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking S.p.A. in June 2007.
Venetian by birth, after graduating in Business Administration from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice and attaining a Master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD Fontainebleau - France, he joined the Henkel Group.
In 1986 he joined the Financial Services area of The Mac Group in London, and in 1991 moved on to the Fondiaria Group’s Strategic Marketing Division. In 1993 he was appointed Sales Manager of Sanpaolo Vita, then General Manager and Managing Director. From 2001 to 2003, he worked at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena as Head of the Retail Sales Area. In July 2003, he joined the former Banca Intesa S.p.A. as Head of the Private Banking Division. He also served as Director of Société Européenne de Banque, Banco di Napoli and Eurizon A.I.

After being appointed Head of the Private Banking Division as of April 2024, he has taken the position of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
From May 2021 he is a member of the Board of Directors of REYL & Cie SA.
From February 2020 until March 2024, he served as Joint General Manager, Head of the Operational and Financial Coordination Area at Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
After graduating with first class honours in Business and Economics from the University of Naples, he was admitted to practise as a chartered accountant and is enrolled in the Chartered Accountants Board of Milan and in the Register of Auditors.
He began his professional career in 1993 as an auditor at Price Waterhouse. From 1998 until 2002, he was Head of Internal Audit at Banco Napoli Asset Management SGR. In 2002, he was appointed Head of Operational Risk Management & Control at Sanpaolo IMI Asset Management SGR and, reporting to the Managing Director, also at Sanpaolo IMI Wealth Management.
In 2005 he held the position of Head of Internal Audit at Eurizon Capital SGR and, in November 2008, was appointed Head of Compliance of Eurizon Capital SGR, Epsilon SGR and Eurizon AI SGR. In January 2011, he was appointed Head of Internal Audit at Eurizon Capital SGR, Epsilon SGR and Eurizon Capital SGR and, in 2012, he became Head of the Operations Department at Eurizon Capital SGR.

She has been General Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking since july 2024.
She is a member of the Boards of Directors of Siref Fiduciaria and Rexer.
Since 2004, she has held numerous positions within Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, with an increasing level of responsibility.
In 2004, she was involved in the project to establish Intesa Private Banking.
From 2005 to 2009, she was Head of Organisation and Development at Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
From 2009 to 2018, she worked in the Sales Department, first as Head of the Business Planning unit and then as Head of the Commercial Incentives unit for the network, developing a deep knowledge of the commercial, management and incentive dynamics of a Private Network.
Since December 2018, she has been Head of the Wealth Management Department at Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, supervising and developing NHNWI, UHNWI and Family Office customers and developing the advanced advisory service model.
Before that, from 1998 to 2004, she worked at Accenture and was involved in organisational development and change management projects, working with the main Italian banking groups.
Born in Mantua, she graduated in Electronic Engineering from the University of Brescia.

He holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at Fideuram Asset Management SGR and Head of Investment Center at Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Fideuram Asset Management Ireland and Fideuram Asset Management UK Limited.
He joined Fideuram Asset Management in 2016, where he held several senior positions in investment management, most recently he has been Head of Portfolio Management and Multimanager.
Before joining Fideuram, he worked at Aletti Gestielle SGR as Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Investment Multimanager. Prior to this, he has been Head of Asset Allocation and Head of Research in Aletti Gestielle Alternative SGR.
He graduated with honors in Economics of Financial Institutions and Markets at “Luigi Bocconi” University in Milan.

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Rome's La Sapienza University, Guido de Vecchi joined the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 1997 following an experience at a multinational company (SICPA Holding).
Over the years, de Vecchi served in various roles with increasing responsibilities within the Group: from Managing Director of Intesa Sanpaolo's e-commerce portal to Head of all Internet initiatives, and then General Manager of Cassa di Risparmio di Città di Castello and Cassa di Risparmio di Terni e Narni, before becoming Head of the Enterprise Area in Rome until being appointed Deputy General Manager of Banca CR Firenze. He was subsequently named General Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center and Executive Deputy Chairman of Neva Finventures, Intesa Sanpaolo's Corporate Venture Capital vehicle.
Since June 2021 he has held the position of Managing Director of Siref Fiduciaria, the fiduciary services boutique company of the Intesa Group.

Since May 2017, he has been Co-General Manager of the Business Coordination Area of Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking S.p.A. and, since December 2022, General Manager of IW Private Investments.
From 2014 until he took up his present position, he held the position of Managing Director and General Manager of Fideuram Vita S.p.A., while also holding the position of Head of Banking Services at the General Management of Fideuram from December 2014 until the end of 2016. He was the Head of the Network and Banking Services Department of Fideuram from 2011 to 2014.
He began his career at Credito Italiano, then Banca Manusardi. Over the following years, he held positions with growing responsibilities at Banca Fideuram until he was appointed to his present position as Joint General Manager.
Born in Milan, he graduated with a degree in political science from the University of Milan.

He holds the position of Joint General Manager with responsibility for the Marketing, Product and Business Model Coordination Area.
Since April 2024 he has been a Board Member of Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management (Luxembourg).
From June 2020 until April 2024, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Fideuram Asset Management SGR and was Head of the Investment Center of Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
He has been working in the Private Banking Division since 2009, where he held the roles of Head of Finance and Treasury until December 2018 and Head of the Marketing and Banking Network Department until May 2020.
Over time he has also held Board and managerial positions at some foreign subsidiaries of the Fideuram-ISPB Group: he was Director and General Manager of Euro-Trésorerie SA and of Financiere Fideuram SA, in Paris; Director of Administration at Fideuram Asset Management Ireland DAC and Director of Administration at Fideuram Asset Management UK Limited.
He was Chair of the Communication Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of Assogestioni.
Prior to 2009 he was Director at Merrill Lynch International, London and until 2005 he held positions of responsibility in the Assicurazioni Generali Group, including the position of General Manager of Alleanza Investments Plc in Dublin and Head of Investments of Separate Assets and Free Assets of Alleanza Assicurazioni S.p.A.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Assogestioni Servizi Srl and a contract professor with the LIUC Università Cattaneo in the field of Private Banking.
After graduating, he attained a Master of Science in Finance from the University of London Birkbeck College.
He has always been a great lover of art and modern philology.
